  • Pro’s Edge Quality Homes will pull all of the necessary permits for you including the Certificate of Occupancy (This does not include permit costs)
  • Demolition of existing house including foundation with concrete basement slab floor (if applicable)
  • Includes police detail for – the day of the house set (if applicable)
  • Excavation of cellar hole and install perimeter drain pipes or interior pipe system with a sump basket
  • Connect to utilities or install a septic system (if applicable)
  • Add crushed stone to cellar hole
  • Back fill and set final grade
  • Foundation (10″ X 7’10”) walls with footings and (4) vinyl Low E glass with Argon windows
